Professionalism 10 Communication 10 Craftsmanship/Trade 10 Transparency 10 Honesty 10 Integrity 10 I brought my '08 350Z in for a "coolant spewing" issue. I checked areas that can supposedly indicate if it's a blown head gasket... appeared to me that it wasn't (but I'm not a mechanic). I anxiously take my vehicle to TORQUE, thinking my old but reliable, non problematic vehicle is about to cost me 3 arms & 5 legs. BUT in steps honesty, integrity & professionalism!!! I imagine it's not often an auto mechanic shop will perform diagnostics (with images) on a vehicle, discover an issue and then say... you can address this now OR wait as it's not critical. Who does that? TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE does that!!! I SO RESPECT THAT!! Ken, Scott & his team could've easily said that particular issue should get repaired now. The mechanics replaced my radiator (waaaay cheaper than a blown head gasket), presented pics of a tire that needed replacing in order for my vehicle to pass inspection... etc All done within 24 hrs. I'm thankful for this referral. I will, without hesitation, bring my vehicles & refer family, friends & strangers to TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE! THANK YOU TEAM TORQUE!

AN AUTO MECHANIC SHOP WITH INTEGRITY Excellent communication. Integrity, honesty, professionalism are on point. Images accompany diagnostics!! Is that normal? I don't know but I LOVE THAT PART!! We (the customer) either approve or decline aspects of what's been diagnosed. If required parts are in stock, TORQUE will then immediately proceed with approved repairs. They used OEM parts on my vehicle, so I'll assume that's SOP there. At TORQUE, if they diagnose an issue that doesn't require immediate attention, they'll inform you of such, & not try to force a repair that can wait... no nickle & dime tactics here!!! Ken thoroughly communicated with me via phone & I also received welcomed text communication. I also appreciate the convenience of paying my bill online. My '08 350Z arrived sick and was professionally healed within 24 hrs! Got that annual inspection knocked out as well!! I will, without hesitation, bring my vehicles & refer family, friends & strangers to TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE!! I'M TEAM TORQUE!!
