I began my new experience with my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 today with Torque automotive. This my second car Simon has taken care of for me. As always the service and the quality of work was exceptional. The transmission filler bolt on my 2004 BMW 745i was seized and stripped out. It is in a location that is not easy to access. Another mechanic was not able to remove it. Torque was able to remove the bolt without drilling it and having to drain the transmission. What is also great is while they made a few suggestions, they never tried to upsell or convince me I needed services. They were very accommodating to my wants and needs. I have found the new shop to care for my Bimmer during its final years.
