Responsive and accommodating service approach.

I had just a state inspection (up against the due date!) and will schedule my annual fluid change for later. As usual, Torque was quick and efficient, completing the work while we waited. Michaux, who was at the front desk, was very friendly and professional. I always have a good experience here!

Recently took my car here as the air-conditioning was not blowing cold and the brakes needed to be flushed as well. This service probably would’ve cost in excess of $500 at a BMW dealership based on my previous run-ins with them. These guys did the job did it fast and got me out for probably half of the cost that the dealership would’ve charged me.

Was looking for an alternative to dealership service for my Audi TT. Torque was fantastic to work with. From the workmanship to the customer service, they checked all of the boxes for me. Found a home for my Audi service.

Torque did a full look over and documented several small issues that may need attention in the future for my 2006 Porsche Boxster. I now know that this vehicle is a good purchase based on the age and mileage.

I brought our used Audi Q7 in for a pre-purchase inspection. The staff was very friendly, they were accommodating on scheduling the appointment, and did a very thorough job with the pre-purchase inspection. They identified what was good with the vehicle as well as some watchouts with the vehicle. I was very impressed with this repair shop, and will definitely bring our car back to them.

Simon really knows his stuff, and is friendly and trustworthy. Even though I moved further away from his shop, it's worth making the trip to a shop I trust.
