As always, Ken was very pleasurable to work with and knowledgeable about my Mercedes. When I bought this, it had quite a few things wrong with it. But Torque Automotive has now straightened it completely out and I'm extremely excited about having my Mercedes in tip top shape! I really appreciate when a company tells me exactly what's wrong with it, nothing more, nothing less. Thanks again for doing a great job. Been taking my car here for the past few months and the service is great. The staff are nice, the prices are fair, and I’ve never had to wait more than a day the pick my car back up for a repair. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your Volkswagen, I would definitely recommend this place!

A bit hard to find near Durant park south entrance off Gresham Rd- but well worth finding. I called ahead for an emissions inspection. Most appts are 30 min but they were done in 10 min! Friendly and close to Compass rose brewery in case you need to wait!

I don't always get the news I want to hear but I trust this shop implicitly. They've always been clear on the work they recommend, timing, and cost, and always willing to talk through options with me. Feels more like a partnership than just a service. Highly recommend!
