Headlights on my 2004 BMW X5 were focused at a point that did not provide sufficient illumination for normal driving conditions. Torque identified the problem as improper switch positioning located in the front right wheel well. They made the adjustment during an oil change at no cost. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. We've been working on a possible solution to trapped driver-side headlight moisture that was billed at substantially less than the expensive replacement recommended by dealer. It's not a sure shot, but I like the approach and candid assessment of the odds.
