The work was completed on time. Friendly and professional. A car was freely loaned given to us to use while the service was performed. The parts to be replaced and the pricing was unclear to us before the job was done as there was no estimate printed out. Service rep. forgot to look at the windshield washer sprayer and had to be reminded to look at the shield under the car. He did adjust the shield at no charge after being reminded. In closing the service, we would like to see the old parts after the repair whenever possible. When future work is recommended, I would like the rep to take the time to show us on the car what needs to be done and then provide a printed estimate.

They were diligent in finding and fixing the problem. Kept me informed as to their progress every step of the troubleshooting. Will be having my car serviced there in the future.

I had my 18 year old son's x5 brought in on a tow because it wasn't starting, these guys were fantastic, they diagnosed the issue and had the truck ready to roll by the next day. I had thought the trucks engine was blown personally, nevertheless it job didn't cost a fortune and was fairly priced. Great Job !!! I just had a service on a car .I bought use it had a bad oil pan so then I needed a service and pan they rush a pan in fixed it and had me on my way in a few hrs

I have BMW X5 those guys are phenomenal . They get the work done in my car and The price was fair

Looked for awhile for a place whose technicians I could trust. Other shops were not sure when I asked specific questions or either had someone handling customers with no mechanical experience. Enjoyed talking to the person doing the work and not feeling like I was wasting their time.
