Had an issue with my car. Dropped the car off an everything was taken care of. I would definitely go back again.

Saved over $400 on scheduled service on my Mercedes E350 compared to the dealer. Remember, expensive labor is even more expensive because labor is now taxed in NC. They even found a finishing nail causing a slow leak in a tire that was not found twice before by previous technicians in Arizona. I even got a loaner car for the day. Add their two year warranty, and there's no reason to go elsewhere.

Simon answered all of my questions about my Mini Cooper. He is knows about the cars he works on. He also took the time to talk about another car we owned.

I have been taking my car to the dealership for service for years. The work was always good, but the cost was very high and I felt they were sometimes advising me to do things that may not be necessary. I took my Mercedes to Torque and could not be more pleased. The customer service, the work and the cost were all definitely worth taking my vehicle to them. Simon was so responsive and helpful and his team is great. I can't say enough fantastic things about Torque! I will be visiting them again without a doubt!

Knowing the owner's expertise in BMW (Simon is BMW Master Mechanic) and Porsche repair has convinced me that Torque Automotive will be my go to maintenance service and repair shop for all of my BMW and Porsche service and repair needs.

Everyone there is super professional. My Prius works like a charm. I got a 3g battery upgrade for ~ 1K less that Hendrick Toyota was charging to replace my 2g battery cells. The service was quick, clean, and the best deal in town. My only critique would be that the bag of complimentary goldfish crackers I ate were a few days expired ( still tasty BTW). This will be the only place I take my Prius for repairs!

I had a trip up to the mountains planned with a Porsche Club. Found out on a Saturday (Memorial Day weekend) that my muffler had split a seam. Simon managed to get my car into the shop and fix the issue even though he already had a full schedule. In this day and age, it's great to experience customer service to this level. Highly recommend getting your service done at Torque!
