Simon and crew are fantastic. He actually listened to my concerns and issues with our car and then address them one by one. He even solved a problem that we have noticed for several years for $10! That's right he fixed a Porsche problem with a $10 part that sounded really scary and expensive coming from the engine (think IMS). I didn't know that Porsche even made a $10 part. I'm very impressed and our car has a new home for all needed work. Trust is in short supply in the automotive world and Torque Automotive is doing their bit to fix this problem 1 car at a time. I found these guys online and drove by for quick "gut" interview and was very impressed with what I saw and heard. I would encourage you to do something similar and see what I mean. BTW - he works on most European cars not just Porsche and was honest in saying what he wasn't comfortable working on. You can't ask for any better than that.

I searched for a place to do repairs on my 1997 Z3 BMW. Simon and staff did an excellent job with the needed repairs and the pricing was very fair. I will continue to drive the extra distance just to have then service my car from now on.

My check hybrid light had been coming on for a few months. I had the dreaded dead battery code. I took it to them and chose the cheapest repair option which was to replace the dead cells. As far as hybrid battery pricing, they were an amazing deal. They fixed it within a day, but the glight came on again. I took it and he reset it, but again the light came on. They had mebring it back in kept it a couple days and fixed it for good this time no extra charge! I would d effinately recommend them.

I tried another service provider for my Mini last year. I was very disappointed. They changed the scope of the repair and the costs mid service. My husband researched Torque online and decided to give them a try. Excellent service. Reasonable costs. Car repairs finished when they said they would be. Outstanding customer service! I have already scheduled my annual inspection and service. There is a reason why they get so many 5 stars. They deserve them!

I brought my Toyota Prius to Simon because the hybrid battery had gone bad. He was quick to respond to my initial email asking questions. He explained all my options. I decided what route to go and am very satisfied with the results. My car runs great again, so happy. Very professional business. Highly recommend.
