We had taken our daughter's car to another service center and low and behold had the same recurring issue within 3 weeks. Ken and his staff were excellent communicators of what they were doing, what they recommended, and why. They were very upfront about the cost. They were also very timely! Overall, and excellent experience. They will the only ones we trust our Prius to in the future!
