Torque Automotive treated my 2012 E550 M-B AMG like it was their own! First, I took it to MB and their charges on parts & labor were outrageous. Found out about Torque Automotive (TA) and their prices and the way they communicated to me about EACH part that did or didn't need to be replaced, or fixed, was communicated to me! It was a HUGE surprise what wasn't needed on my car. What a huge relief! My experience from T.A. was tremendous. I will be using them from now on. Don't go somewhere else until you try them first. I had a hybrid battery reconditioned under warranty. I live over 100 miles away and they offered a loaner vehicle to make the drop off easier. That are a full service shop that treated me like royalty and provided every service needed to make my car run like brand new (after 330k miles). I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone both near and far.

Great pricing, but need to listen to the customers expressed needs better. I asked to have the bushings and mounts looked at twice - no response or mention of the condition.
