Best mechanic shop in Raleigh! I brought my car to get repaired and I was very impressed with the communication, customer service, and expertise provided by everyone at Torque Automotive. Chrissy was the technician who worked on my car and she was awesome!! She was super helpful and communicated with me almost daily while my car was being worked. I can not recommend this place enough.

Can’t recommend this place enough, I brought my 2009 GTI in to get my timing chain done with the revised tensioner new guides, etc. they knocked it out of the park. they even fixed little issues that they saw during the progress providing the best experience I have ever had at any shop. As someone who does majority to all the work on my car, any other services that I can’t do myself are 100% only going to be done here. The best service experience I’ve had 10/10

The girls up front are amazing and friendly. Very helpful and informative. I got my car back after getting my intake manifold, fuel filter, engine air filter, Battery changed, and oil changed in 24 hours. They give you your quote 1st you approve or deny what all they say needs to be fixed and its in great detail too. I love this place

This is an easy five star rating. Torque Automotive is now the place I take our vehicles for anything I can't do myself. They've worked on our 2014 VW Touareg, which is getting on in years and mileage. We've had a couple tricky leaks fixed there, both of which were way over my head, plus some routine fluid changes. Communication about status is thorough, timely, and delivered via text message - which I love. The whole operation feels very modern and well run - I can approve individual work items right from my phone, without an app to install. Pricing has been more than fair, and it's nice to drive away with restored confidence in my vehicle.
