Second visit to Torque with my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. First visit was the NC inspection, Second visit was for the fall special-oil change, tire rotation, look over brakes, suspension, etc. Both times I waited the expected amount of time and paid exactly what I expected to pay. My SUV is aging but suggested repairs were not live threatening and didn't need to be done today. The staff and mechanics are knowledgeable and treat me with respect. The office and restrooms are always clean and fresh coffee, water and snacks are available.

From start to finish, we received efficient customer service. When I called to ask about replacing the hybrid battery in our Highlander, we got a call back within an hour, and the estimate matched the final cost. Thanks for keeping our favorite car on the road. Scheduled yearly inspection and an oil change on my Porsche 911 was reasonably priced. Additionally, during the inspection of the vehicle several items were noticed to show wear, specifically, the serpentine belt. Torque was able to replace that item in the same week and also provided a loaner vehicle so I was able to continue with my day with no interruption. Excellent service overall.
