Great experience overall. Have been going there for a few years, and they never fail to impress. This service was to solve a cylinder in my F-250 not firing properly. They found that the wiring harness to cylinder 8 injector had been chewed through by a rodent (guess I'm not driving it enough). They sent me an estimate for my approval showing exact problem and cost, and fixed it quickly once I’d approved. They’ve proven themselves to be honest, trustworthy and fairly priced time and again. The shop is VERY clean, and every person I’ve ever engaged with is helpful and friendly. I also love the fact that they offer a broad range of technical expertise for my German cars as well. Torque isn’t the workshop closest to me, but they are worth going out of my way for. Thanks to Simon and the gang for setting and maintaining such high standards.

Second visit to Torque with my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. First visit was the NC inspection, Second visit was for the fall special-oil change, tire rotation, look over brakes, suspension, etc. Both times I waited the expected amount of time and paid exactly what I expected to pay. My SUV is aging but suggested repairs were not live threatening and didn't need to be done today. The staff and mechanics are knowledgeable and treat me with respect. The office and restrooms are always clean and fresh coffee, water and snacks are available.

From start to finish, we received efficient customer service. When I called to ask about replacing the hybrid battery in our Highlander, we got a call back within an hour, and the estimate matched the final cost. Thanks for keeping our favorite car on the road.
