Easy to set appointment, car was available quickly, cost of A/C repair was shared up front without asking and I had no surprises. A/C compressor probably needs to be replaced but they did not push for that bigger more expensive job. Couldn’t be happier. I probably drive past at least 20 other auto shops to get to this one.

Great shop! Very helpful and explains everything. No pressure to do things you're not comfortable with. Helpful staff all around! Will be coming here for everything related to my Audi from here on out.
