This was my first time taking my Prius somewhere other than the dealer. I was nervous! Staff was really nice and they were very knowledgeable. The service took longer than expected but they had good communication, took the time to fix issues correctly, and proactively adjusted the charges to reflect the delay. I’m happy to have my car working perfectly and for much less than the dealership. I would definitely use them again.

Staff was friendly and was honest about any questions and concerns I had, especially Christie (Thank you!). I really liked how pictures were included in my invoice inspection. The prices were reasonable and fit into my budget.
