The employees at Torque are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took care of the service required on my vehicle and did it within the estimated time, and was completed without any issues.
I stopped by without an appointment to address an issue with my german vehicle that I thought needed immediate attention. The service team and technicians were very understanding when listening to my concerns as well as diagnosing and addressing the issue. I appreciate the knowedge of the Torque team and their willingness to address address unscheduled issues when possible.
great place to take my car
I always get great service here and it’s easy to leave five stars when everything goes well but you really find out what a person or business is made of when something doesn’t go great. Unfortunately my car was fixed and the replacement part turned out to be faulty. Simon and team stepped up brought the vehicle back in and and went the extra mile to get the new part installed and me back on the road as quickly as possible. While this was no fault of Torque they still warrantied everything and also made sure I had a vehicle the entire time my car was in the shop. I thought this was going above and beyond and I was very grateful. That’s why I have always brought my cars here and will continue to do so. Thank you to the whole team at Torque!
