Torque Automotive took excellent care of my GLA. I was quoted an outrageous price by the Mercedes Dealership, so I called Torque! The quote was half the price! To top that, on the day of my appointment the bill ended up being even less! I am impressed with Torque’s customer service and quality work!!!

Even though I didn't use their shop, I still wanted to write this review. Chrissy N. answered the phone when I called. From the beginning she had me as a customer. She listened to what I explained, she went and confirmed with the master tech that the information she gave was correct. I have worked in automotive for over 25 years. So, I normally have my vehicle repaired by my mechanics. Unfortunately, only Mercedes can handle the job. Thank you Chrissy for not wasting my time, money, and emotions. Thank you for listening to the customer! Thank you for going above and beyond. You have earned a customer in me.

Simon is awesome. Spoke with him about the issue I was experiencing. Scheduled my appt and was told the issue and what needed to be done. They are priced reasonable and they do excellent work. Highly recommend them to everyone.
