This shop is very transparent when it comes to repairs. I visited earlier this year for an alignment and was informed my subframe was broken and needed replacement. Simon had one of the technicians take a video of the issue to show me. He chose my safety over charging me for the visit and that to me, shows great care and integrity.

Great job on my Prius. Awesome customer service, clear and concise explanations and very friendly. Car is running like a champ. Little mix up with the payment but y’all got it sorted straight away, no problem at all on my end. Thank you for everything!

They keep you informed while working on your vehicle with photos of problems so you know exactly what is going on and how to solve the issues. The technicians are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Pricing has always been fair and the staff is very respectful of me and my vehicle.

Torque gave me peace of mind about my 2010 Prius which was behaving unevenly. The use of a loaner while my car was being serviced was a big help.
