My car failed Sunday afternoon. Simon scheduled an appointment at my convenience on Monday for diagnostic testing and sent me home in a loaner car. By Tuesday afternoon my car was back running better than ever. The guys at torque were so courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with! I have been a loyal customer of Torque for several years now. They do not disappoint. On my recent visit for an oil change for a 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 with 154,000 miles I was greeted with COVID 19 procedures where my hands were sanitized and my temperature was taken. These precautions were greatly appreciated. Like I said it was a routine oil change, which was accomplished in short order. Staff assured me that I could go another 100K since the car had no problems. Michaux was great.
