I have a 2017 Mercedes- AMG C63S Coupe. It is slightly lowered and I have a camber adjustable lower control arm that I purchase and had installed to optimize the alignment. The place where I had the suspension components originally installed, told me that they had made as much adjustment as they could and the alignment was still out of spec. I suspected that information was not true so I decided to get a second opinion and set up an appointment with Torque Automotive. This is my first experience working with them. Doug at Torque Automotive is a “car guy” and also very professional. He was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through what outcome he would see to achieve and we both agreed on it. More importantly he got on the phone with the manufacturer of the suspension upgrade, that I bought to optimize the alignment, and walked through how to make the proper adjustments. My alignment is now within spec and the car drives/ rides much better as a result! I highly recommend this shop based on my very positive experience with them.

Though the store front is tricky to find the first time, I'll be going back as needed for my Audi oil change, NC inspection, etc. I referred my husband who took his Chevy truck and was also pleased with Torque Automotive. The waiting area was stocked with beverages and snacks, comfortable seating and a large-screen TV. Best of all, the vehicle service was more reasonably priced than other businesses for the same services. I will be telling friends and family about Torque Automotive!

Had X5 towed to shop. Diagnosis complete that afternoon and work completed the following day. Great communication! Very fair bill. Much less than anticipated!
