This is the third time I've brought my car to Integrity Auto Care and now Torque Automotive. Doug is my service rep. He is very professional, knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I'll definitely come back.

Torque had done such a nice job on my VW that we decided to take our Ford in to do some general maintenance, even though domestics aren't there specialty. All the guys at Torque did not disappoint. Service was quick and courteous and the mechanic explained everything he did in detail. Will definitely take all my vehicles here going forward

I always like taking my BMW to Torque as opposed to the dealership. They have always done great work and I think the prices are reasonable. The customer service and hospitality is very good as well.

These guys actually make me like getting my car serviced. They perfectly and patiently explain any issues my car is having, only provide the service I need, and give me a heads up about maintenance I'm going to need in the future. Inevitably I leave there having had a fun conversation and with a car that runs perfectly.

I have a 2017 Mercedes- AMG C63S Coupe. It is slightly lowered and I have a camber adjustable lower control arm that I purchase and had installed to optimize the alignment. The place where I had the suspension components originally installed, told me that they had made as much adjustment as they could and the alignment was still out of spec. I suspected that information was not true so I decided to get a second opinion and set up an appointment with Torque Automotive. This is my first experience working with them. Doug at Torque Automotive is a “car guy” and also very professional. He was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through what outcome he would see to achieve and we both agreed on it. More importantly he got on the phone with the manufacturer of the suspension upgrade, that I bought to optimize the alignment, and walked through how to make the proper adjustments. My alignment is now within spec and the car drives/ rides much better as a result! I highly recommend this shop based on my very positive experience with them.
