I talked to Simon about the frequency of oil changes I was getting at Torque, vs BMW service center. Simon said it is to protect the engine from build up, even though BMW Service recommends much fewer oil changes, Simon says this is not in the best interest of the customer. I like the service overall and the prices seem a little better. But I will continue to monitor the oil changes, as this time they put me in too soon. I am on fixed income and have more time than money. For future reference, I will come back in a few months for an oil change when due, versus the “convenience” of having it done early since I was already there.
